# Understand issue severity level

Use the color-coded CVSS severity levels to focus on the most important vulnerabilities.

<table><thead><tr><th width="138.33333333333331">Level</th><th width="141">CVSS score</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Critical (dark red)</td><td>9-10</td><td>This may allow attackers to access sensitive data and run code on your software.</td></tr><tr><td>High (red)</td><td>7-8</td><td>This may allow attackers to access sensitive data in your software.</td></tr><tr><td>Medium (orange)</td><td>4-6</td><td>Under some conditions, this may allow attackers to access sensitive data in your software.</td></tr><tr><td>Low (green)</td><td>1-3</td><td>Your software could expose some data that allows vulnerability mapping. This can be used to chain vulnerabilities to attack your software.</td></tr><tr><td>None (gray)</td><td>0</td><td>There is no known attack risk for this software at this time.</td></tr></tbody></table>
