# Download documents from the Library

The **Library** holds MedISAO's reference documents: the agreements and policies that govern MedISAO membership and the procedure MedISAO follows when it handles vulnerability submissions. Download them when you onboard to MedISAO, when your legal or quality team asks for them, or when you're writing your own CVD procedure.

## Before you begin

* Your organization's plan must include MedISAO.

## Download a document

1. In the sidebar, select **Library**. The **Documents** page opens.
2. Find the document you need. Each card shows the document's title, a short description, and a badge for its format: **PDF** or **HTML**.
3. Select **Download**. The document opens in a new browser tab, where you can save or print it.

If the page shows **Failed to load documents. Please try again.**, select **Retry**.

| **Terms of Service**                            | Review the terms for using the MedISAO platform.                                                                                  |
